Work Permits
For the majority of graduate vacancies within Siemens UK you are required to have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK. Therefore, unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer work permit sponsorship.
There may be a small number of instances where we may be able to apply for work permits for engineering graduates to join us providing you hold a MEng degree from an accredited university. If not, we unfortunately will not be able to accept an application from you. If you already hold HSMP status which is due to cease in three years, allowing you to apply for indefinite leave to remain at that time, we will be able to consider your application as the majority of our UK programmes are two years in duration.
Please note we check the eligibility of all candidates at each stage of our process, and you will be required to provide us with all relevant documentation prior to completion of the final selection event.
Our Minimum Requirements
We usually look for at least a 2:2 degree, the equivalent of at least 3 'C's at A level, and the equivalent of atleast a C in both English and Maths at GCSE.
There are certain competencies we look for in all our graduates, such as Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Team Working, Communication and Drive.
And certain areas will require very specific degrees or modules too.
