Selection Process

We don't have one selection process that applies to all our roles, but often they follow the following steps:

1 Psychometric Testing - This is usually on-line and we often use SHL Verbal & Numerical Testing  click here  to go to their practice web pages;

2 Interview - This is often conducted over the telephone to minimise your time away from your normal day.  At this stage we will be checking any details we need to from your application, answering any questions that you have and assessing some key competency areas, such as teamworking;

3 Assessment Centre - These are normally conducted in one day with a mixture of activities that may include interviews, presentations and group exercises.

Whatever process you're going through we'll try to make it as stress-free as possible, so focus on being as natural as you can be - we are interested in finding out about the real you.
