All our graduate recruits are individuals - they enter our business to do lots of different roles and each already has a unique set of skills, knowledge and experience.
No matter which part of the business you join, within the first few months you'll have a discussion with your line manager to determine your individual training and development needs. Where appropriate you'll also start working towards your chartership qualifications - for example the IET, CIMA, CIPD.

The Programme is a set of events that you will attend over your first 2 years with us - it starts with an Orientation Day and ends with a Career Development Workshop to help equip you for life after the programme.
Sandwiched in between are 7 events covering topics such as Communication & Personal Impact, Commercial & Financial Awareness and Project Management.
Throughout the Graduate Programme you will be attending events with graduates from across Siemens and meeting senior managers to hear about their businesses, so you've lots of opportunities to build up your network of contacts.
